Original Habanero - For pepper purists our Original Habanero sauce is an explosion in your mouth. We select the finest habanero peppers, chosen at the perfect ripeness. We add enhance the pepper profile more by adding red jalapenos, garlic, vinegar and onions. Our recipe is simple but the taste isn't! If you love the heat and flavor of peppers than Original Habanero is for you!
SmokaNaga - Pepper lovers rejoice! The hottest pepper in the world, the Naga Jolokia, is now part of the Ajísimo family of sauces. Forget what you know about the Naga Jolokia, we've taken it to a whole new level. What we love about this is the flavor in the Naga Jolokia and it was our mission to enhance it to the max. We discovered smoking the pepper and cutting it with tomatoes, garlic, onions and a bit of vinegar made this pepper sing!
AgavaNaga - Craving spicy with a little bit of sweet? What we lovingly call our Ajísimo BBQ sauce, blue agave nectar give this heat it's sweet. If you enjoy our SmokaNaga sauce, try it with this twist.
Habamato - (coming soon!) Inspired by the fusion of our Original Habanero and the bright flavor of tomatoes, Habamato still packs the heat you've come to love. If you love traditional salsas, give Habamato a try. At first taste is the sweetness of sun-ripened tomatoes, fresh garlic and a slight tang of vinegar.
